Logo License Use Terms

As a RESCUE member you are allowed to proudly display your RESCUE logo on:

• Business Cards
• Stationery
• Store Front window signs
• Literature

In the process of using RESCUE’s logo you personally confirm that:

• Currently you are a RESCUE member in good standing
• You have not changed the RESCUE logo
• You acknowledge that you are not using the RESCUE logo to confirm RESCUE’s endorsement for any of your products/services with prior permission from RESCUE.
• At any time, RESCUE may withdraw its permission of usage should it encounter that its use is not in full compliance with the terms of the RESCUE logo license.

RESCUE LOGO LICENSE

The RESCUE logos are the sole and exclusive property of RESCUE. Only members in good standing are allowed to use the RESCUE logo and only if such usage is pursuant to the terms and conditions of this revocable and limited license.

Members may employ the logos in a professional manner on the member’s business cards, stationery, literature, storefront windows or any other comparable manner to denote the user’s membership with RESCUE.

All members need to ensure that the RESCUE logo will not be employed in any manner upon sole discretion of RESCUE that would tarnish, smear or discredits the RESCUE reputation and its goodwill; is false, a lie, or is misleading; unduly violates the rights of others; violates any civil, state or federal law, regulation or any other public policy running contrary to RESCUE’s mission, or mischaracterizes the relationship between RESCUE and the user, the user’s business or organization, or the user’s products and/or services that prudently might be reasonably construed as support or advocacy to purchase or utilize the users’s products and/or services.

Without equivocation, the RESCUE logos shall remain the sole and exclusive property of RESCUE. RESCUE shall reserve the right to audit any printed and media materials with RESCUE’s logos mandate samples of the use of RESCUE logos be immediately provided for determination of full compliance with all terms and conditions. At its sole discretion RESCUE without further notice reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit the use of its logos if a determination is made that a user misused the RESCUE logo whether willful or negligent and is not in strict accordance with the set terms and conditions of RESCUE’s license or otherwise could discredit, tarnish, or smear RESCUE’S reputation and goodwill or if the user is not a RESCUE member in good standing.
