Advanced analyses covered throughout the course is being taught by an Attorney, Certified Public Account, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Direct Endorsement Underwriter. In addition, you’ll learn how to accurately measure your client’s exposure to the items mentioned above and assist in providing options in dealing with their specific situation.

RE101 serves as your introduction to the technical aspects of Loan Modifications and Short Sales. Learn to apply the R.E.S.C.U.E. Model to assist your clients who are seeking to modify their existing mortgage loan(s) through the HAMP program, and if denied, they would then be qualified to have you help them through the HAFA short sale process. Some of the concepts you will explore include the process of utilizing the R.E.S.C.U.E. portal and sending the homeowners information directly into HomeStrong USA a Non Profit Counseling Agency to process the loan modification at NO cost to your clients. The best part of the program is that you as an professional will be tagged to the file as the supporting agent.
This class will also introduce you to two important tools – Help your homeowner obtain a loan modification through the HAMP program, if denied, help the homeowner short sale the home through the HAFA program.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Have access to the R.E.S.C.U.E. portal and if your client is denied, allow you to help them with their HAFA short sale process.
- Become a strategic partner to several Non Profit Organizations
- Apply state-of-the-art loan modification technology.
- Measure the impact of federal & state taxation and legal ramifications involved in both the loan modification and short sale.

The class will be presented in a lecture format, with periodic question and answer periods (provided time allows). The lecture will follow the course outline and will allow for real life scenario presentations, as the presenter deems appropriate.
To obtain your certification and to qualify for your 3 hours of DRE continuing education, you must physically attend at least 90% of the 3 hour course and successfully receive a score on the certification test of no less than 80% or have no more than 4 incorrect answers out of 20 questions.
Refund/Credit Policy:
If cancellation occurs 48 hours or more days prior to the date of class, 100% will be refunded to you.
If cancellation occurs 47 hours or less days prior to the date of the class, 100% of your fee will be credited toward a future certification class.
Cost:
The course will cost each student $99.00 and will include all course materials, students name and contact information listed for one year on the R.E.S.C.U.E. website and a R.E.S.C.U.E. Certification Pin.
