Antonio Perez Jr. Antonio Perez Jr., Executive Director is the current President for the NAHREP Inland Chapter; and is also the former President and Chairman of the Board for the NAHREP Orange County Chapter. As a founding member for the OC Chapter, it has evolved to be one of the strongest in the nation. Antonio has over 25 years of experience in the lending business, from loan officer to senior positions. He currently handles FHA and conventional loans throughout the country for Home Savings. He is President and CEO for All About Marketing and is also a Principal for Secured Capital. He served in the US Army in Operations and Intelligence and was awarded a Bronze Star. He also attended the University of Washington. Antonio is committed to providing the highest level of education and professionalism to the Inland Empire NAHREP members so they can guide the Hispanic community to pursue and sustain home ownership.
Maria T. Bonilla-Giuriato, is currently the President of Bonilla-Giuriato & Associates with consulting business offices in the Monterey County Central Coast specializing in consulting projects or government work in the areas of business development, health and human services, agriculture, housing, economic development and government and corporate relations. Recently she opened a new office Giuriato & Zmery, an international trade and business consulting firm in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Her business partner is Mercedes Zmery of Guadalajara with major experience in the similar arenas. Bonilla-Giuriato & Zmery have a well established client base of the most prominent clients and projects in Jalisco, Merida and numerous other areas of Mexico as well as the United States.
Ross Nordin, Board Member joins RESCUE after a long career in finance and engineering. After living in Hungary, Canada and several other states, he has now settled in Los Angeles to focus on real estate and helping organizations provide affordable housing. He brings a wealth of knowledge in finance and building scalable business systems. His professional career outside of the world of finance includes co-authoring an academic book relating to the impact of drug policy as well as teaching finance, math and marketing at universities. He is active in a variety of civic organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Los Angeles Family Housing. Outside of his professional interests you might find him playing in a rock band, sailing or out on the tennis court. Ross earned his MBA from the University of Michigan.
Mark Mellor, Board Member obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to both the California and the District of Columbia Bars and has been practicing law for over 16 years in both state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mellor started his own Real Estate and Business Litigation Practice in 2001 and has had three published opinions in the California Courts of Appeal since that time.

Kim Wilburn, Board Member is the Area Manager, Corporate Officer for Fidelity National Title Company. She brings over 23 years of experience in the Real Estate, Title, Escrow, and Default Servicing Industry in the Inland Empire. She has spent the past 13 years of her 23 year career with Fidelity National Title. Kim is a 40 year resident of Riverside, proud mother of two and attended Cal State Fullerton. She is active in several civic organizations including Habitat for Humanity Inland Empire, Keller Williams RED DAY (Renew, Energize and Donate) dedicated to improving our local communities and CAPP (Child Amputee and Prosthetic Project).
